NSA
Vertical meat slicer, designed and built for cutting fresh and cooked boneless meats with a high cutting yield, even with hot products.
Fully automatic product infeed and outfeed: an ideal in-line solution for obtaining perfectly even slices also with thinner settings.
- Ideal for a variety of applications
NSA is able to cut fresh or cooked meats (hot, at a maximum temperature of 80°C, or cooled, at a minimum temperature of 0°C) and boneless products in perfectly parallel slices thanks to the Grasselli multi-blade cutting system (minimum slicing thickness 3mm).
- Perfect for RTE processing
With an automated product infeed and outfeed for a fully in-line solution, NSA is recommended to ready-to-eat (RTE) processing environments.
- Extremely adaptable for the best result
With a wide range of cutting options, NSA’s speed and pressure can be adjusted to allow for the maximum quantity of product to be sliced with the best quality.

- Save time on mechanical adjustments:
Optional quick blade changing system for replacing the entire set of blades in just a few minutes, also made easier by the automated blade tension adjustment system.
- In-line solution:
In combination with the horizontal slicers from the KSL series, a completely automated line can be obtained for the production of high quality strips with a high throughput.
- Optional solutions available on request:
NSA can be equipped with personalized slicing sets; a separator of the cut product is also available for improved and quicker freezing of the final product.
- A variety of options for the highest performance:
With a usable cutting width of 600 mm (NSA600) or 1000 mm (NSA1000), NSA can be equipped with conveyor belts with differentiated grip to better suit the product infeed process.
- B option:
B version also available, easily and completely sanitizable on both the outside and inside.
